It is very strange because using cleditor it shows up in the editor but when posting it the html tags get stripped.

I had the same problem using <video> or <audio> tags

It shows in the editor but gets stripped when posting it. I could not guess why. This works on github and other places but not here or in my forums.

Maybe @Linc has a clue? I do have those elements allowed in the config.php.

why are you trying to enable Latex . you don't need it.
