Not working - TypeError: o is null

I'm trying to get this working on Vanilla 2.0.18.11
The icon shows up in the comment box, but clicking it does nothing. If I run firebug in firefox, it shows "TypeError: o is null" in "plupload.full.js". IE dev tools shows a similar error "unable to get property '2' of undefined or null reference".
The "o" in question is in parseSize: function (o) { p = o[2];}
It seems to be an error parsing the string "ImageUpload_MaxFileSize".
Are you going to fix this?
