Is there any possibility of limiting the number of songs shown? As I said about the Flickrizer extension, I would like to shorten the list up a bit to save room.
erissiva, it's possible to change the number of items by var $items_limit = 0; in lastRSS.php (line 41) of the updated v1.2. 0 is no limitation, change this to the maximum amount of songs you wish to show.
i'm using another forum and your audioscrobbler extension seems to be having issues with spacing (no matter what style I use). the delicious bookmarks extension is enabled on this forum, as well as yours.
any word on the 'big gap' guys ?
i'm getting it too
i can just have the flickr output first
but why is there a huge gap after the audioscrobbler feed & can it not be removed somehow ?
just added the user wall & now what ever i do it's way off the bottom of the screen because of the audioscrobbler's gap. the gap goes when i turn off the audioscrobbler. i also have flickerizer installed & that sits up the top just fine & so does the user wall, but the scrobbler forces everything off the page.
any thoughts, guys ?
I'm also interested in how to fix the gap. Besides, I'm looking for a way to make the songs appear in the list longer. Can this be fixed in default.php over here by just making the cache_time variable a higher number?
// Set cache dir and cache time limit
$rss->cache_dir = $Configuration['EXTENSIONS_PATH'] . 'Audioscrobbler/cache';
$rss->cache_time = 1200;
$rss->connection_time = 5;
Comments
1) grab the output and store it in a text file
2) use a different rss-to-HTML reader/file that will cache the content
or.. ?
