No, you want to pay for hosting.
Free hosts usually have all curl functions disabled, bad bandwidth and generally low quality of service.

Well. Is there other option to use Facebook auth with out curl? Free one?

I would like to share, I had this same problem, but it was resolved doing the following things:
1.) Install php-pear-Net-Curl
2.) Enable "Go Live" on the FB Plugin app. I forgot to do that, so all my logins worked, but none of my users.
The ph pear net curl did not help here and I even tried loading the new http netrequest2
