It doesnt do anything on clicking. Does it have to do anything with the fact that Im using free Vanilla CMS ?
If the flyout menu doesn't show on click, you either have javascript disabled or a javascript error present.

Uncaught ReferenceError: definitions is not defined
... if only @peregrine had asked for the version number...
I guess you are using version 2.1.2 which had an error and version 2.1.3 should have fixed that.
I think some of the automatic installers have been slow to update to 2.1.3, and the may still have vanilla 2.1.2 which has problems.
