I'd like to give a shout to @Tarkin (Patrick) who just signed up for the community, but has been on the support team at Vanilla for a while now. He's also a head-honcho on the Penny-Arcade forums, so to say he has some community management experience would be like saying Grand Moff Tarkin had some experience collecting rocks.
