I don't see anything populating it or any other options anywhere else related to a moderation queue. Is it just an showing empty shell.

This plugin appears to be broken in Vanilla 2.1.x.

It worked fine on my 2.0.18.13 install.

The functionality is in the core as of 2.1, just select the Vanilla.Approval.Require "permission" for the user role you want posts to be approved first

it always helps to post your version of vanilla.

people often post in the wrong category and we don't know if you are one of those people.

in any event upgrade to vanilla 2.1.5 and you won't need this plugin as hgtonight and bleistivt indicated.

@Anonymoose that allows /me-actions, basically like in IRC

But you need to set Garden.Format.MeActions to true first and they lack styling so they should be used together with this plugin:
