Day cutoffs not in logged-in user's time zone

First off, I love this!
Vanilla 2.1.6. My day cutoffs are showing up as 8pm AST (GMT -4:00). After looking into time zones on the forum, it looks like the default time zone is London/GMT, so my guess is that the plugin is using the system default instead of the logged-in user's time zone.
I'm going to take a look at the code and see what I can see, I'll let you know if I figure it out.
FYI the tooltip shown is from hovering over the last 'yesterday' post from Jan 9.

PS, the server time is GMT -6:00 (CST), in case you're interested.
Yeah, the function doesn't take into account the session's offset.
Good call.
