Broken link in "Ultimate guide for theme designers"
If you want to download the dummy content, the link points to an unexisting url.

Any other URL to download it?

Sadly there is no official dummy data for Vanilla. But as (nearly) always, there is a community replacement for missing features: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/26297/dummy-data-for-vanilla-2-1b2
I wrote a crude plugin that is enclosed with the zip. If you understand some Vanilla coding, you might be able to change it to build up your own custom dummy data.
I just want to point out that the page you were reading is the deprecated documentation. There is something quite similar on the community wiki: http://vanillawiki.homebrewforums.net/index.php/The_Ultimate_Theme_Guide_for_Designers_-Part_1_of_4:_Your_Arsenal
Doesn't look like that page has an updated link either in this case.
