Doesn't work with Vanilla 2.1.6

I have added this plugin and enabled it in my Vanilla 2.1.6 installation. When I go to "New Discussion" or to respond to a discussion I don't see anything selection to upload a file. What am I missing?

Thank you! I found my first mistake and corrected it by setting the correct permissions. I will check out the rest of the documentation.
