[VF] Order by "Approved"

I was thinking it might be nice to simply sort by all the "Approved" plugins/addons as an option when searching for things. Right now there is:

Order by Recent
Order by Popular

Why not have an:

Order by Approved?

    I kinda wanna abolish that feature entirely and replace it with "does this work in X version" voting a la WordPress. "Approved" right now is pretty random; it basically means it's from the Vanilla staff or like 1 or 2 others that I actually looked at.
