German Transifex - No permission to access the Page

I wan't to support German Translation, but if i click on the Link in the Backend, I see a Page which told me, I doesn't have permissions.

I was able to use this link: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/vanilla/resource/site_core/l/de/download/for_use/

I think you might have to be added to the project. I would mention @Todd, since he is the manager of that (I think).

Is there any way to get this direct from server with wget?

You could pull them from github https://github.com/vanilla/locales

edit: They aren't as up-to-date as the ones one Transifex, but should be updated regularly.
