I'm new to vanilla and wondering which editor you use here on this community?

Which plugin(s) I have to install to have exactly the same editor (with image upload/dragging functionality) in my vanilla installation?

    Exactly that editor will ship with the next version 2.2.x, correct?

    Yes, it will be standard in 2.2. It is not compatible with 2.1.
