How to Fix YAGA Export Error

i want to migrate my forum into new domain , but when i export my YAGA badges in Export Option this error shown for me

Looks like a permissions issue to me. Make sure you have permission to read the files being added and permission to write to the uploads/yaga folder.
If this fails, please read the manual_transport.md file in the
/applications/yagafolder.Search first
