getting error id=1538

I have the user name and password correct it seems but now I am getting this error

This happens, when your serverquerydocs/help.txt does not exist in your server folder or when your user account can't read the content of that file.

Please check both cases

got it fixed for anyone who does not know. go to TEAMSPEAK > TOOLS > SERVERQUERRY LOGINS > and set up and use that for the login and password.

this worked for me.
