Word Flagger help please

I'm looking for a plugin that will let me scan for specific words and if found not allow the comment or discussion to be posted.

Is there anything out there that I can tell what I need it to scan for? Or different plugin that might be easy to adapt?

I was looking at http://vanillaforums.org/addon/flaggingnotify-plugin, it has the right idea, I just need to be able to get it to flag automatically instead having to manually flag the thread.

any suggestions?
