My general response is "why use a sitemap at all?"
My specific response to you is what do you mean by "showing my users or my activity when people look up my domain"?
How are people looking up your domain?

I was told by google that a sitemap can allow them crawl my page batter and I need one for a lot of webmasters accounts my goal in the end of the day is to make so search engines can batter crawl my page so when people look up my name or anything doing with my website like news it could show.
Sitemaps are generally not needed for Vanilla forums as your site and the UGC are already very crawlable.
Sitemaps are mostly for orphan pages, as far as I understand it.

The importance of sitemaps is diminishing, and it also can be quite negative if done wrong (dead links, etc).
The plugin is useful if you have just launched a site in a directory.
The plugin doesn't do anything with activity or user profile, that is purely google crawling through your pages.
You need to hide those for guests through permissions. or you can use your robots.txt to prevent crawling of certain areas. Google it.
grep is your friend.
What would you guys recommend for me im a new website my website like Ign but we only do gaming im just trying make it easy for people to find my website and if they look up call of duty or something my website will saw as one of the links
Focus on growing your user base, and providing relevant and regularly updated content.
There is no substitute for this in terms of Google ranking.
I have to say, the odds of you getting top ranking with a term like 'Call of Duty' seems unlikely; just imagine how many other sites provide references to that.
Focus on what you want your site to deliver. If you imagine you are going to get many hits from 'random' searches, think again.
Okay so its best just to remove sitemap because it not going help?
There are no shortcuts to getting your site ranked.
Don't worry about ranking, worry about why you set your site up, and try to make sure it delivers that.
Ranking will follow if you achieve those aims.
Okay thanks for your help.
