If you set up SphinxSearch, there is a related discussions module that ships with it.
Caveats:
- Sphinx is not easy to set up for novices
- Requires features generally unavailable to shared hosting plans
- The module is kind of ugly (my opinion of course)

@hgtonight thanks before, but exactly i am looking for plugin work like seo smart link, i hope future i found this feature in vanilla..
On a forums they tend to be many more post than on a blog, you really need something like Sphinx to handle the overhead.
Doing it like the wordpress plugin would slow the site down because people would be posting more often. MySQL is not optimised like search engine.

Well it is fine if you can set up Sphinx, however this is very advanced and most don't have root server to install it.
