Views are always on 1

my views are always on "1" never more.
How can i fix this?

Thanks! When i put magic_quotes_gpc=Off i get a 403 error on the hole site.
The other options are not avaible said my hoster.

Do you know what i can do?

Get a better host.

Barring that, request your host to give you the options.
