Notifications problem sending mail on discussion creation.

Hi, my notification mail on new discussion is not sent on production server, but works perfectly on my local server.

I dont know why, both mail servers are well configured, both sends welcome mail and remember password. Even sends notification mail on new comment. I need some reason for why is not sending notification on new discussion. i think that if the mail of new comment works, have to work the new discussion event too, but there is something that i don't know that fails.

both have same configuration of vanilla, users, and advanced notification plugins.

anyone know where can be the problem?

Have you verified the notification settings are identical as well?
