Yes, i know that. Thanks, but all these plugins haven't got search by name. Or do you know one pluggin like that?

If you want to search by a specific author, you will have to set up Sphinx Search or write a custom plugin.

And not to forget the Search by Name function in the Dashboard (to find under "Users")... if you need this just for the Admin...
