Do you want your account removed from VanillaForums.org? If so, shoot me a PM and I can do it for you.
If you are talking about another forum, Vanilla doesn't provide out of the box support for removing an account without elevated permissions. This might be a nice plugin.

Why do people care about having their accounts deleted? Most forum don't do it as a policy becuase it can disrupt thread especially if they want their post deleted.
Public domain is public domain. If thare was something posted in error, then contact a moderator ASAP.
grep is your friend.
