Share to my vanilla (not to other social networks)

Hi, I expected to easilly find some kind of plugin that I could configure with my server information and our community could install in their browsers to share links (new post for example) to our Vanilla private installation, but I couldn´t find it.
Some similar to delicious tools https://delicious.com/tools
Does it exist? What should be the name of this functionality?

pretty much any link on any site in any modern browser you can can drag to favourites. You don't need a plug-in for that.

Thanks, @mtschirs ! It was easy to adapt to my own forum.
@Linc and @x00 , try it, worked! Thanks for your answers too.

Now I´ll start looking for a way to do it in the smartphone: when I click that share "<" icon to show my forum as an option.
