An "x" is added to the username suggested

Hi there,

Would like to enquire on how to rectify this problem. Whenever i type an @ followed by the name for example "@jeremy". The suggested name would be xjeremy. How do I get rid of the x in front? using vanilla 2.1.11 and mentionslookup 0.16b
