Addon did not show on dashboard for enabling.

Downloaded and uploaded this addon "Register call to action 0.1" but did not show at the dashboard.
Plugin is no where to be found for enabling. Vanilla version in use is version 2.1.12p3

it may be a name issue in folder or something of the sort.
RegisterCta instead of registercta
Usually when a plugin does not show it is due to folder name not matching plugin name in the default.php of the plugin. Or maybe you need to empty the catch and delete the .ini files from the forum cache so you can refresh and see the plugin. In other words it could be a stale page...

Sorry, since I developed this plugin for a 2.2 and php5.4 site you likely need to replace line 3 of class.registercta.plugin.php with
and line 13 with
...or wait for 2.2 to leave beta.

@Bleistivt. Since you developed the addon for vanilla 2.2 and does not work with vanilla 2.1.11p3, does it mean that most vanilla 2.1.xx addons will never work on the new vanilla 2.2? That will be very scarily.

PHP is mostly backwards compatible. The old array syntax works in 5.4 but the new short array syntax doesn't work with PHP 5.3.
