Taged Discussion's Tags for addons on Mobile Unreadable

I wrote about this over a year ago when the mobile theme was implemented here and brought up the issue that the tags for the discussions list are unreadable with that combination of colors. Nothing was done even though I was told by Kasper he would fix it.

It is still bad and I would like to bring this up again in the hopes that someone fixes it by adding this code to the mobile theme.

I just tried to make a pull request on github but I think I did it wrong... @Linc if you see it please put it where it should be.. not sure I picked the right place...
