Shadow Banning and moderation?

I see how with roles and permissions I can have a user's messages all filter through moderation, only being published when cleared by a mod. Is there a plugin out there that could make it so the user was unaware they were being moderated? Ie, their message is shown and visible to them in the normal flow of messsages, but no other users can see them until a mod approves?

Not a good practice, imo.
For shadow banning, theres the TrollManagement plugin:

My themes: pure | minusbaseline - My plugins: CSSedit | HTMLedit | InfiniteScroll | BirthdayModule | [all] - PM me about customizations
VanillaSkins.com - Plugins, Themes and Graphics for Vanillaforums OS
I also don't think shadow banning is a good idea for most communities.

I'm not sure it's a great idea, either, but sometimes we have to do the task thats handed top us. TrollManagement doesn't really do what I think we want, as I guess it's more of a shadow moderation idea.
Wil check troll management
