Upgraded to 2.2 - all users are missing from the dashboard

I just upgraded to Vanilla 2.2. Although all of the user accounts appear to exist, they are not listed in the Dashboard (/dashboard/user). Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Do you have more than 10k users in your community?

Information is still there, and still searchable. It just doesn't load the list.
I don't think I have more than 10000 users. However, you are correct. If I type "member" in the search bar, it shows all the members.
