Premium vanilla themes?

Is there anywhere some well made premium vanilla themes? Something in lines as Marvels vanilla theme?

I've seen 7 themes at envato and 4-5 at vanillaskins but that is pretty much it.

Are we all up to ourselves when it comes to themes?

Sorry, no, they were the client's design with the implementation commissioned from Vanilla (the company) directly. We can pretty much do anything, but only as part of an onboarding plan for cloud.

They commissioned a custom retro theme, so it's a one-of-a-kind.

The Marvel theme is a similar story; it's unique to them.
