Is there an add on for Vanilla Forums similar to Easy Forms for vBulletin. I'm coming from vBulletin and need an add on similar to the one I used on the site. The URL for the add on from vBulletin is http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=201097

It's a system that was implemented on a previous forum for WoW. People could send in an application on a page, and the add on we had would format the application and create a forum post on the forums under a private category that admins could process afterwards. The forum post would be created under the applicants username and communication would then be done through the forum.
