I have a problem, apparently to select a category does not display discussions.
This is a discussion as "Test" in the "General Category".
The discussion "Test" is not displayed in the "general category"

Then it is normal?

This looks like a fresh install of Vanilla 2.2, is that right?

Well it isn't normal.
Either your server has a weird configuration or perhaps the transfer corrupted some files.
You could try running /DBA/counts
