CloudFlare plug-in and v2.2

I've just updated to v2.2 on my production server and found that the CloudFlare plug-in was failing. Its is calling Gdn::Request()->RemoteAddress(), which grepping the source doesn't appear to exist any more.
Is this plug-in no longer required / compatible with 2.2?

Looks like you need to update the plugin.

I'm running vanilla forums 2.2 and this plugin at version 1.2.3 and the function ip_in_range() is completely missing from the code. Have I done something wrong during the upgrade procedure?
