SSO/Embed + Concrete5 Help

Hey there,
Currently having an issue with SSO and Embed on my concrete5 website.
I have jsConnect working, and the embed of the forum works. The problem is that the login/logout/register pages are all themed and Vanilla forums keeps opening up these links in the embed iFrame...
Is there a setting that I have missed somewhere that will make it open the pages in the parent window?
Any help greatly appreciated.

You want a link within an iframe to change the URL of the page containing the iframe?
You should be able to set the target of the login/logout/register links to be _parent to break out of the iframe.
