CountBookmarks not updated in Vanilla 2.2

This plugin has special code that is only active in Vanilla 2.2. The code compensates for the fact that in Vanilla 2.2 the CountBookmarks column in the Discussion table is not updated to contain the count of bookmarks as it did in prior Vanilla versions.
@Linc - will this be fixed in future versions of Vanilla? If so, will it make it in 2.3?
