Broken badge images

On the main profile page and when you receive a badge (on the popup notification) the badge icon is broken and doesn't display properly. However its working fine on the badge page and leaderboard, etc...

Can you copy and post the image url here ?

This might happen if you do not have pretty URL enabled. Others have reported the same issue. The plugin page has all the discussions related to the plugin, such as this one.

I wasn't aware of this. I've enabled RewriteURLs now but the problem remain, how do I fix it? How do I reset all YAGA settings and reinstall it? Cant seem to find any option to reset all yaga data on the dashboard

The data you want to change is part of the activity record. Update your activity table via SQL if you want to change it.
