My Grandfather on my mom side was Greek from Crete and my mother recorded this song, and she used to sing it to me as a kid!!

Χριστού (of Christ) γεννα (birth) = Christmas

Χρόνια (years) Πολλά (many) - which is a typical greeting to anyone celebrating their name day or other celebration in Greece, and is also used for Happy New Year.
