KarmaBank Plugin crashes site

I'd like to incorporate the karma bank plugin, but when it's added to the plugin folder on my server it crashes the site.
The site becomes a blank screen and will not load, I cleared the cache and still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Are you able to get an error from your PHP log?

    What version of Vanilla are you using?

    Fixed by commenting the following line numbers:
    12, 13, 14, 16

    I was never able to get the functionality I wanted, so I ditched the whole thing. Don't remember specifics, but I didn't have the spare time to devote to fixing whatever the issue was.

    Did you add a folder in the cache called karmabank ? Did you add the required settings ?
