PHP is not working on your server.

Fix: Uninstall PHP7.0 and install PHP5.6.
Current: New 404 error.

The modules that run scripts might not be enabled. Ask your host hat is going on..

My host will not help they just make sure im online. How do i check if they are working
Add this file to the root of your forum and then go to the page yoursite.com/forum/phpinfo
You will see what is enabled.

This is a host issue. You need to tell them that php is not working.

@vrijvlinder i have changed host and still have the same problem.
BuyVM: Prefect (1 year ago)
OVH: Error (3months ago)
DigitalOcean: Error (1 week ago)
It would seem the php is now working because I can see the settings when i go to the phpinfo link
