recaptcha.net is down !

Hi :chuffed:
I updated my dev Vanilla 2.4b1 install and then I see that Vanilla talk about recaptcha.net
But recpatcha.net is now down !
This must be http://google.com/recaptcha now ^^
I changed it in french but need to be changed on all locales.

    Just go to Users -> Registration.

    That language was updated prior to the 2.4b1 release.

    It sounds like the French translation (and possibly others) need an update.

    The translation code is: The basic registration form requires new users to copy text from a CAPTCHA image.

    For reference, the newer English default text is:
