Not able to select category from dropdown from new discussion page

Hi,

I've just upgraded to Vanilla 2.5 and not able to select the category from the dropdown on new discussion page. Categories are disabled (Central Government). All the categories in admin are displayed as "Discussion", my forum installed at forums.sarkariyojna.co.in.

Please help me fix this.

Hi, dropdown is being displayed already but not able to select the category, the selection is disabled...
