Quote not working after posting a comment with quote

Hi!
I've found a small bug. After posting a comment with a quote inside it, if I click in quote button to do another quote, it doesn't work.
But if I click in the Rich Editor and then click in quote, it works!
A small bug that may be easily correct, I think!

Well thanks for letting us know anyways. We just updated the the version on this server (now
2019.007, which is essentially what3.0will be for OSS users) .There was some refactoring and bug fixes for editor in this release, so hopefully it's all cleared up!.
