    Then you are faced with leaving it until you have the time to deal with it, or seeing if you can get a developer (for payment) to resolve it for you. (I'm not looking to do this.)

    After consulting with hosting provider support they told that your new vanilla cannot be support on my normal hosting plan and requires VPS hosting plan.

    Also I retrieved a 6 month old backup and installed it after deleting all new files and now everything is working but the vanilla version is 3.0.2.

    Now the question is should I upgrade to 3.3 from 3.0.2 ?

    You have set up a fresh install of 3.2 successfully and now your hoster tells you that this is not possible and you have to upgrade? 🤣


    Make a backup and try the update to Vanilla 3.3. Deactivate all plugins and switch back to the keystone theme before you update.
