Adding a dropdown menu

I am new with Vanilla and I would like to add a dropdown menu where do I start?

I want this menu to be at the top of every page.

Thank you for your reply. That is a nice plugin, but I have over 500 links I need to add. At the top of my blog is the menu I am using now: www.rhodesfamily.org/blog.

Thanks Kaspar, Yes, over 500. Not sure how this plugin works, is there documentation somewhere for it, I didn't see it?

It is an application.

Install as with a plugin, just in applications instead of plugins

Then you will have an option in dashboard > "Basic Pages" (scroll to the buttom of the dashboard sidepanel).

You can add a link button with Pockets
