member logout and post attachment options are not available; kindly guide us enable it for all members

Check permission of role.
Drag n drop to attach, does that work?
well drag and drop of images is working.. as there is no profile or logout button showing for user.. i cant directly switch to admin account.
it shows following permission problem error if i try from url

"Sign Out" is found in dropdown menu from your profile image - top right of screen
or use browser incognito mode, that way you can work with 2 accounts at the same time.
ok i will try that, only attachment issue remaining.. is there any settings for "Members" which i need to enable it.. because in admin section it shows all buttons for attachments and image.
attach allowed both for category and role ?

sir enabled Options FollowSymLinks but that isnt working..
also attached member settings, may be i am missing something here... please guide.
