What theme is open.vanillaforums.com using?

I am very new to vanilla and have seen many examples of different installs of vanilla and I really like the layout of the open.vanillaforums.com theme with the large blue boxes with comments and views but I can't seem to figure out which layout this is and how to get it applied.

this theme is modified from keystone and add the header menu style.

I just upload it, if you want it.

1. unzip to /addons/themes
2. login dashboard, enable gtd-theme, and change layouts to vanilla.
