Q&A, the best answer should stay in the thread

When an answer is marked as the "best" answer, it is moved to the top and disappears from the discussion. I would like the best answer to be at the top but still be at the bottom of the discussion, how can I do that?

    In the config, set QnA.AcceptedAnswers.Filter to false using the array syntax there.
