release: Camp for Vanilla

Hi Guys, I'm releasing my vanilla style. This incorporates the basecamp style interface. Also the sticky,bookmarked and closed buttons I posted about earlier. Feel free to use it, if you do, toss me a link so I can see it in action, and if your being really generous, backlink to my site. There is a readme included, just read that for a quick couple of tips.

fixed the input controller thing. What is the pagelist glitch? is there a ix?

like on nav's style where it says "1 2 .... 13" the borders go out of line.
