If there was a "Dependencies" part where I could insert addons in a list (kind of like tags) using an autocompleter, which then auto linked them in the final version, that would be sweet. However, with dependencies, I do think we need the power to be able to specify a version number - so any chance of having a version history with the addons?
Also, I've just noticed, that nowhere on the main Add-ons page does it mention the extension's version number. I would find it very useful to have the version number displayed at the end of the extension name, just like in Settings > Extensions.
I just upgraded. The extension-update checker is sweet, but I was wondering if it needs special things done by the extension authors. i just ran the checker, and so close to the end I got an error dialogue saying Error: Who'sOnline|[UNKNOWN]Extension not found. <a href="http://lussumo.com/docs/doku.php?id=vanilla:administrators:updatecheck">Find out why</a> The checker manages to report the other unfindable extensions just fine, like Vanillazilla 1.0.1 (which is just before Who's online), and Particpated Threads 1.3.
I don't know why it does this, but thought I should post about it. Using Opera in case it matters.

to
http://lussumo.com/addons/DoDownload/xxx/addon_name.zip
(it wouldn't be a direct access to the extension just a rewrite rule)
That would allow to easily download the extensions with wget.

(but the size doesn't matter... in this case. It doesn't need to be attractive for search engines ;-)
Also, why not have it nice and really human readable? We're human after all... well, some of us.
Just tried it and it says this
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getunreadquerystring() in /applications/lussumo/community/extensions/PanelLists/default.php on line 106
That guy is the man.

Edit: Oh, Wanderer also noticed it here.
