    it would be cool if there was a role icon span nested inside the comment icon span, so the (partially transparent gif) role icon appeared as an overlay or badge...

    I don't think this is possible with an extension though.

    Interesting ideas. And with strategically placed delegates it is very easy to accomplish.

    Basically, it will do an is_array on the delegates for that control. If there are no delegates, then it just returns from the CallDelegate function and continues on down the page.
