  • If it didn't automatically restart, then go and start it in Windows Services, then hopefully it will be responding.

  • net start w3svc should start it for you.

    So back on my home pc where IIS isnt completely shafted but just doesnt work with php (i get a 'SERVICE UNAVAILABLE' error), any ideas?
